A 65,000 SF cold storage addition to an existing manufacturing facility was constructed in Everett, WA. The 50' tall expansion had to be executed in multiple phases to minimize the disruption to the existing operation and has multi-deep pallet flow racks for the storage of full trailer quantities of outbound product.
CMC constructed a new 150,000 SF manufacturing facility located in Lynn, MA. In addition to stock cooking systems and soup kettles, CMC also installed a 20’ tall spiral hydro chiller and a 115’ long immersion chiller to cool the packaged products. The design of the facility allows for the complete segregation of High Care and Low Risk activities to maximize food safety.
CMC also renovated a 150,000 SF facility in Savage, MD to convert the plant from meal assembly plant to a of soup and sauce manufacturing plant.
