Ace Endico is a family owned/operated specialty food distributer headquartered in Brewster, NY. CMC Design-Build provided site selection, planning, design, and construction services for Ace Endico’s 100,000 SF greenfield distribution facility in 2005. The facility includes freezer, multi-temperature coolers, and dry storage areas as well as offices, employee welfare areas, and a Cash & Carry.  Since the initial build, CMC has designed and constructed multiple expansions and renovations to the facility that now encompasses over 265,000 SF.
