We are now fully enclosed and progressing with the installation of MEP systems for an 85,000 SF 3PL coldstorage facility in Exeter, NH. The refrigerated areas will be served by a central CO2 refrigeration system with an adiabatic gas cooler. This high-efficiency setup qualified for a significant incentive from the local utility provider due to its outstanding energy performance.
