Prime Source Foods is New England's largest, independent center-of-the-plate foodservice distributor.  CMC Design-Build provided site selection, planning, design, and construction services for a 105,000 SF greenfield facility located in Londonderry, NH. The multi-temp facility includes 8,000 SF of USDA processing space for protein portioning and producing value-added products.  CMC was brought back three years after the facility opened to design and construct a 20,000 SF freezer addition.
