Renny has been in the Design/Build construction industry since 1999. As Director of Construction, he leads and oversees all construction projects using streamline processes and standard operating procedures to improve project efficiency and communication across departments.

Collaborating closely with the planning, field, and design teams throughout every project, Renny evaluates key project components including general conditions, constructability, logistics, supply chain challenges, scheduling,and budgeting. This integrated approach ensures high-quality, predictable project outcomes that align with CMC Design Build's standards and client satisfaction.
