Gerry has been working in the Design/Build construction industry since 2005. Prior to his current role he was a Project Manager at CMC with an extensive list of successfully executed projects. As the Director of Preconstruction, he managesthe bidding and buying process of CMC’s projects. This includes bidder selection, scope definition, bid evaluation and contract negotiation.

Gerry holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
