Traditional Breads purchased a 70,000 SF former industrial building and commissioned CMC Design-Build to provide turnkey design/build services including process engineering, architecture, engineering and construction services.

The new facility includes a 30,000 SF bakery (Kosher bakery, Non-Kosher bakery, employee facilities, and offices) and a 20,000 SF storage freezer.

The project also involved the coordination and relocation of existing bakery processing equipment all performed while keeping the business in full production.
